Values-Based Cultural Transformation

“Culture eats strategy for breakfast”

Peter Drucker

A distinguishing feature of our Values-Based Cultural Transformation Model is that it enables us to measure and monitor key indicators that determine the level of alignment between the organisation and the people who work in it. On the basis of this initial diagnosis, we build, in different phases, a corporate culture aligned with the values that the organisation determines are necessary for better results and greater resilience in the face of an uncertain and volatile business climate.

Of course, Peter Drucker wasn’t trying to say that strategy isn't important. What he meant was that no matter how good a strategy you have designed, you are unlikely to achieve the desired results unless it is aligned with corporate culture.

Let's talk about your organisation
